3. User Restrictions

By downloading or purchasing digital products from our Products & Downloads vault (including WordPress plugins, presets, boilerplates, or media assets), you agree to the following licensing conditions:

  • Grant of Licence: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the downloaded code or presets for personal or client projects.
  • Redistribution Limits: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sub-licensing, redistributing, or copying software packages or design templates for public hosting repositories or competing marketplaces.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the immediate, digital nature of downloadable assets, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified by FlushMedia.

5. Custom Agency Projects

All professional services (corporate video productions, custom application engineering, branding portfolios) executed for corporate clients are subject to distinct Service Level Agreements (SLAs), client brief sheets, and separate commercial contracts defining project scope, payment stages, and intellectual property transfers.

6. Limitation of Liability

The site and digital products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You agree that your use of the site services and downloadable assets will be at your sole risk. In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or digital files.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom courts.
